Capturing Quality Landscape Photographs
This classroom experience is designed to expose participants to the critical factors and decisions in capturing quality images, including choice of subject, exposure, sharpness, composition, lighting, color and B&W, and equipment. Also included will be exposure to the processing of digital images using popular computer software. Note: The course meets on two consecutive days. Participants should be familiar with their camera manual and its operation.
Ben Greenberg, a lifelong resident of Virginia, has photographed scenic locations throughout the nation for 50 years. Having won local and national competitions and awards, his dramatic images reflect his uncompromising commitment to capturing the natural beauty of his subjects. His first book, Natural Virginia, features more than 120 of his panoramic landscape photographs and celebrates the natural beauty of Virginia and its preservation.
