This Is Your Life: Reflecting on Significant Life Experiences

New!

Retirement offers an opportunity to reflect on one's life experiences--joys, sorrows, relationships lost and found, roads not taken. This class will provide a framework for recalling and interpreting the significant life events and people that have shaped your life story, with the goal of identifying recurring issues and themes that have made you who you are today.  Based on your life narrative and the values that have guided you along the way, what do your want your life legacy to be?
