Mind, Body, Spirit: Maximizing Healthy Aging *This course will not take place on Nov. 10 as it was originally scheduled. Instead, Dec. 8 has been added onto the end.

In this interactive class, we will assess, discuss, and explore three aspects of healthy aging: intellectual, physical, and spiritual and develop individual plans maximizimg these three areas for personal growth. Particpants are required to bring a copy of Your Body, published by AARP, and available for a nominal fee at Amazon. Please order your book at least six weeks before class begins.
Note: This course does not meet on Friday, November 24.

Instructor Bio:

Anna Askounis was a psychotherapist dealing with marriage and family issues for 30 years. She holds a PhD in counseling from UVA. She previously taught English at both the secondary and college levels.  
Michael Wolfe was a university professor/administrator and executive director of an international honor society for teachers. He holds a doctorate from Arizona State University.
