Instructor Bio:

Penelope Ferguson, MS RD (Registered Dietitian), is a functional nutritionist interested in teaching others that better health can be acheived through improved diet and improved lifestyle changes. Penelope graduated from James Madison University (aka Madison College) in dietetics and earned a master's degree from Rutgers (NJ).  She has an extensive Clinial Nutrition medical background in hospital and long term care facilties, but prefers teaching other to maintain good health and vibrancy through food.
